Hi! My name is Jay and I own and operate Elemental Management and Development.

I have been a resident of South Padre Island since July 2021 and I am excited to launch my property management business.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science degree for Business Management, and I recently obtained my Texas Real Estate License with sponsorship by Palm Breeze Real Estate.
As an SPI homeowner with rental condos of my own, I understand the hassle and commitment required to make an investment property functional and profitable. With a business degree and a
real estate license, I plan to offer professional and caring property management to property owners and residents of South Padre Island, and the surrounding area.
My husband is a class A General Contractor who can tackle big and small
remodeling and construction projects. I have contacts with local handymen and tradesmen who can handle any basic drywall, HVCA, electrical and plumbing, but clients are able to choose any contractor they already know and trust. There are no referrals or kickbacks to me,
so more money stays in your pocket!
